Confirmation of Decontamination

I confirm with my signature that the returned equipment has been completely decontaminated. No potential harmful substances are neither on the housing nor inside the equipment. It is safe for any person (including transport staff or JCT service engineer) to get in touch with the equipment.

Terms and Conditions

Costs for shipping the material to JCT is born by sender. Replacement of material under warranty: New material will be sent and invoiced (material and shipping costs) JCT will evaluate warranty claim. If warranty claim is valid JCT will issue a credit note for full invoiced costs.
